Wedding rentals are for nine hours. Five hour wedding/reception and four hours for set up.

Additional hours can be added on, for a small fee, if you wish to have more time.

Camp Kiwanee contracts with New England Bartending Service. Contact Jen at jen@thebartendingservice.com to set up your bar.

A bar permit application is required along with a $40 check for the Town of Hanson. We can help you through this process.

No outside alcohol is allowed to be consumed on the property.

If you would like to bring linens you are welcome to. We are able to arrange linens for your event from our vendor for $10 per table linen, $12 per banquet table linen, and $1 per napkin. Our vendor has white or ivory linens available.

A 50% deposit is required to secure the date. This deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to another date, no more than a year later, if needed. Your final payment with the balance is due to the Camp 60 days prior to the event.

A $1000 security deposit is also due 60 days prior to the wedding.

Catering is required for all events over 75 people. The company you contract with must contact the Board of Health and Camp Kiwanee at least 45 days prior to the wedding.

We are able to provide you a list of caterers who have worked with the Camp in the past, but you are able to use any licensed company that you choose.
