Swim Team/Club
Swim Club/Team Goals (aged 8 years and older) are to promote recreation, provide water safety skills, cooperation, team building skills and provide a structured manner for lightly competitive events.
Swimmers will need to pass a basic skills test: float, swim the front crawl and back crawl for 20 yards without stopping and tread water for 2 minutes.
The program will run for 6 weeks. Each registration is for a one week period. You are able to register for all 6 weeks or individual weeks.
The club will include swim instruction from a US-certified swim coach, land games and fitness drills.
All swimmers will be tested on Day 1 for basic skills.
2026 Swim Team/Club Weeks:
Week 1: Beginning July 6th
Week 2: Beginning July 13th
Week 3: Beginning July 20th
Week 4: Beginning July 27th
Week 5: Beginning August 3rd
Week 6: Beginning August 10th
Classes will run Monday - Friday, weather dependent
10am - 11am
$50 per person, per week
Group 1: Ages 8-10 – group lessons- land and water games, must be at least level 2 Red Cross tested.
Group 2: Ages 11 and up – must pass a prerequisite test – level 3 or higher skills – Island Swim goal.
